Artwork …………… In most cases our customers supply their own artwork or photos, however for customers that are looking for supplied images we suggest using clipart.com , Clipart.com with over 10,000,000 images to search has just about anything that you can image, not just 100 or 200 black and white clipart images but rather color clipart, full color photos and illustrations. Since The Golf Tee Store is a member of Clipart.com, just go their web site search by keyword, like wedding, and see the images that are available to you. You can even narrow your search by media type such as Clipart, Photos, Illustrations, etc. Once you have found your image for printing, click on the image and record the Item Number and let us know in our comments box on your order product page and we will do the rest. Remember all images can be modified by placing text, such as initials inside of artwork or photos.

Image Download ………. Customers can download load two image files for processing if needed. Typically one file is used for the golf balls and the other file is used in packaging like for a header tag or one of our wooden gift boxes. Image types to download include .cdr, .psd, .pdf, .eps, .dxf, .jpeg, .gif and .bmp. We typically like to see resolution of at least 640 x 480.

4 Color Process ……… Most companies that do personalization on golf items ask the customer about imprint colors. Typically more colors mean’s more cost. At the Golf Tee Store we do not use that approach. Since we use a 4 color process, we don’t care if every letter in your text is a different color or if your photo is black and white or all color. The cost is the same for everybody.

No Set-Up Fees ……… We are always amazed by this claim by a lot of competitive companies. Sure maybe they don’t say the words set-up fee but they disguise the cost with a minimum order quantity. You can see this if they sell 500 golf tees for about the same price of 1000 golf tees At, The Golf Tee Store, we have no minimum quantity’s and with a minimum order value of only $6.50 to justify the cost of order processing we can sell one of just about anything. Like 3 Personalized Golf Balls and 12 Personalized Golf Tees for $9.95.

Fonts …….. Our process equipment is totally state-of-the-art and digital. Therefore it would be impossible to list all the different type of Fonts that we support for our personalized golf tees, golf balls or wooden golf gift boxes. Basically if you have a word processor i.e., Word Mircosoft and you look at the fonts available to you in that processor, we probably can mark that font or find one of our fonts that come close to that font selected. All you have to do is tell us of your font choose in our comments box when ordering. Our default font for personalized golf tees is Cambria, this font is excellent to read and allows for maximum characters on the golf tee.

Samples ……. Yes we do samples and yes we encourage samples. At, The Golf Tee Store if you place an order for 240 golf tees or 12 golf balls and more we will actually mark a golf tee or actual golf ball and email you a photo of how it looks before we proceed with the order. You can specify sample request when placing order which we highly recommend.

Can I send golf balls for you to print?  Yes, we will only accept brand new golf balls to print and our cost to print these golf balls will be $0.50/ball no matter what quantity. The customer is responsible for the shipping to and from our production facility and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged balls while at our facility or while shipping to or from our facility. The only way to place this order is by email or to call our facility at 616.855.1167 to place order.

Printing Mistakes ……… Yes mistakes can happen even to us. Please when you get your order confirmation once you have placed your order check to make sure all the spelling and special instructions our correct. On bigger orders take advantage of our sample program to eliminate any expectation issues. If there is still a mistake on your end i.e., spelling and you would like to do the order over please give us a call and we will offer you a 25% discount when replacing your order, just call 616.855.1167 or email. Of course if the mistake is our fault we will replace your order or offer your money back. No Questions.

Domestic Shipping …… We use the USPS to ship all our products in the USA. Most of our products include Priority Shipping in their cost. The reason for this shipping method is that USPS offers the best price and service based on the typical weight and shape of packages for our product line.

International Shipping ……. We do get many request for International Shipping, we do offer this service by taking orders by email or over the phone at 616.855.1167. Each order request will get an individual quote which will include international shipping. We do not take any international orders on our web site.

Sales Tax ……….. (6% is charged on orders being shipped to Michigan only.)

Delivery ……. Most all orders will be completed in 72 hours with most orders shipping in 24 hours from the time we send out our email order acknowledgement. Order placed on Saturday will ship on Monday the first business day.

In-House vs Direct Factory Shipments …….. The Golf Tee Store does all its personalization printing in-house. We inventory everything we sell thereby giving us more control on both are large and small orders.

Pricing ……. Since we use digital state-of-the-art equipment in our processing, we expect and demand our pricing to be some of the most competitive if not the lowest price on the Internet for both low and high volume production . If we are not the lowest price supplier for what products and processes we offer, please send us an email so we can meet or beat that price.

Special Requests …….. It’s just impossible to put all the different combinations or requests in a format that fits nicely onto a web site.
