Production Time: All orders should be shipped within 5 working days of order placed. In some cases large orders will affect production capacity and scheduling, in those cases the customer will be notified immediately of expected ship date.

All orders are placed on the www.TheGolfTeeStore.com web site. All order information required is collected on the web site for order processing. Any customer that would like to place their order by phone can do so by calling Customer Service @  616.855.1167

Special Requests: Even though there are very few special options in our process. Customer Service is very important to The Golf Tee Store. In some cases customers have special requests other than personalization; such as font type, placement of mark and length of mark, which usually can be accommodated. Again, please call our Customer Service Line @ 616.855.1167 to see if we can accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy: Orders are considered firm, as production starts immediately. Any orders cancelled for any reason before the ship date will be liable for all incurred expenses by The Golf Tee Store. Cancellation charges are assessed at a minimum of 25% up to 100% of original order value, depending on the circumstances.

Free Product Samples: are available upon email or phone request.

Terms: On Personal orders we will only accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for all orders.

Corporate Purchase Orders are subject to credit approval by our credit department and will not be processed until approved. Terms for accepted Purchase Order are Net 15 days from date of shipment. A monthly late payment charge of 1.5% is applied to any balance unpaid 30 days after due date.
